Since I was a young girl, I have been writing. I started with a diary or two, then went into poems and stories. The emotions I either did now know how or was not included to share had to go someplace. I chose to put them on paper. I have also put those emotions into physical activity, like a work out or a bike ride or a hike.
I have journals filled with writings that I have kept private and to myself. Only in the last few years have I started to share my deepest thoughts and feelings. I am using this format as a way to continue my practice of sharing my writings.
